Enjoyed the cozy garden area for relaxation.

Location so close to the Old Town and the town square and restaurants. For shots visit Bar na Rogu, nestled within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Everything was very good, had an enjoyable stay on my next Krakow visit. The location itself was perfect and nice, a short walk to a palatial museum. There was a fantastic restaurant, shopping malls and a main market next door.

The staff we met were very unfriendly.

Could use more attention to room preparation details!!! The sauna could be better maintained and should offer complimentary access instead of additional fees!!! It's perplexing that room cleaning isn't default and needs to be requested!!!

The room I stayed in was great, with a nice shower and clean facilities, and being just a 15-minute walk to the main square made it super easy to explore the attractions after dinner. The nearby Trattoria Mamma Mia is just a short stroll away for some delicious meals and gives you a taste of local flavor.

Located just a short walk from the Old Town, it made exploring Krakow so convenient. I enjoyed the spacious rooms, especially the separate area. The breakfast offered a good variety. Fresh fruits and local dishes stood out. They had a cozy outdoor garden and even board games for family fun, a nice touch. The breakfast rush felt a bit chaotic, and it might benefit from a few more staff to ease the flow. Some aspects of the room could use improvement, like the decor feeling a bit basic without unique touches. The noise from outside could also be distracting at times, which affected the overall comfort. Despite these issues, the cleanliness and friendly atmosphere were great.

I loved the spacious Superior Double room, designed with a cozy atmosphere and even featured a separate area for families! The daily complimentary breakfast was a good mix of local dishes and fresh fruits that set the perfect tone for my adventures. Plus, the hotel offers a relaxing garden with a mini fountain!

Was a great stay! The location is super central, like a short walk to the city square, amazin. The room was really comfy for our family, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent too, with good options to start the day right! Loved the little games room for the kids, kept them entertained!

The hotel was lovely, featuring comfortable beds and a nice little balcony with a pleasant view. It was just a short walk from the best restaurants and attractions. While the breakfast choices could have been more varied, the overall cleanliness and cozy atmosphere made the stay enjoyable.

The rooms were neat and extremely comfy with a coffeemaker, electric kettle, and ironing set. the continental breakfast was incredible, with self-serve coffee from a machine. Very good service was provided by the super-friendly staff.
